Three heating pads provide warmth in the shoulder, lumbar, and seat areas. True-Infinite positioning allows the backrest and footrest to move independently, giving you greater freedom to sit upright, elevate your legs, recline, or settle into a comfortable resting position.

The Radiance features heating pads in three comfort areas: the shoulders, lumbar region, and seat. Easy-to-reach controls let you turn the heat on or off and select the desired heat level.

Easy-to-Use Toggle Remote

The VivaLift!® Radiance PLR3955LT uses an electric seat-lift mechanism associated with HCPCS code E0627. Medicare may cover the medically necessary electric seat-lift mechanism portion of the chair when applicable Medicare coverage requirements are met. The furniture or recliner portion of the chair is generally not covered.

Medicare requires the seat-lift mechanism to be medically necessary and ordered as part of the treating practitioner’s course of treatment. Coverage depends on specific medical and mobility requirements, appropriate documentation, and Medicare eligibility.

When Medicare requirements are satisfied, Medicare Part B generally pays 80% of the Medicare-approved amount after the Part B deductible is met, with the beneficiary typically responsible for the remaining 20%.
