Friday, excluding national holidays).
Custom-configured medical equipment, specialized power mobility products, or orders requiring prior insurance
authorization may require additional lead time.

Local Delivery Radius: Free or low-cost direct delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of our Sun City,
Arizona showroom, covering major portions of Maricopa County.
Standard Nationwide Freight & Parcel: We ship across the continental United States using top parcel carriers
(FedEx, UPS) and specialized freight carriers.
In-Store Showroom Pickup: Free same-day or next-day local pickup is available at our Sun City facility: 10752

3. Heavy Freight & White-Glove Setup
Heavy and oversized products (such as electric hospital beds, patient lifts, power wheelchairs, and heavy-duty
scooters) ship via standard LTL freight:
Curbside Freight: Included as standard freight. The driver will lower the crate/box to your driveway or curb.
White-Glove Delivery & Assembly: If you require inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, or full
equipment assembly, please contact us prior to ordering to arrange professional white-glove logistics.
4. Shipping Rates & Tracking
Shipping rates are automatically computed at checkout based on physical weight, volumetric dimensions, and
destination zip code. Once dispatched, a tracking notification will be emailed to you immediately.
5. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Leader Medical Supplies Store is not
responsible for shipment delays, re-consignment fees, or delivery failures resulting from incomplete or inaccurate
address submissions.
